As the Legal Counsel, Employment, you will:Draft, update, and implement employment contract terms across the business. Mitigate employee relations risk and support investigations of employee conduct. Draft, update and implement contractor and related vendor agreements. Advise on the compliance and implementation of benefits plans. Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in employment law in the U.S. and, in particular, New York and California.
