Legal Marketing Lead

TransPerfect Legal's Marketing & Communications team is seeking a full-time Marketing Lead, Operations and Enablement based in London or Barcelona. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and operate the day-to-day marketing engine independently, exercising strong judgment and growing into owning this function over time. The ideal candidate is not just an executor but an operator with a leadership mindset: someone who identifies problems before being asked, pushes back when priorities are wrong, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.
