Licensed Childcare, Toddler Educator (RECE)

The Tier 1 Educator (RECE) is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 15 months to 4 years. As an educator in the classroom, the RECE is accountable for planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality, play-based program that supports children’s development. Working collaboratively within a team-based setting, the RECE guides and supports team members while ensuring alignment with CRCNCW policies, licensing requirements, and best practices in early learning. This position reports to the Childcare Offsite Supervisor.
