Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to be part of our multidisciplinary team at the General Internal Medicine, Obstetrical Internal Medicine and Thrombosis clinic at Richmond Road Diagnostic and Treatment Centre. The nursing role in this clinic is to coordinate clinic flow, assess patients before they are seen by the physician, assist patients with the coordination of diagnostic testing and medication management in the community, and symptom assessments via phone when necessary. This position involves working in a fast-paced, clinic which involves extensive documentation of assessment and medication history. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, have excellent critical thinking, organizational and time management skills.
