Position Summary

Reporting to the Health & Recovery Services Leadership, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works in Urban Response programs, which include the Episodic Medical Care Clinic (EMCC) and Rapid Response Team (RRT). These programs support clients utilizing Emergency Shelter services that are in various stages of their housing and recovery journeys. The EMCC provides episodic medical and social support to clients experiencing homelessness and acute medical concerns while the RRT provides emergency response and short‑term medical observation to individuals who have recently experienced a medical emergency and require additional supports or intervention.
