Within the context of a client and family‑centred framework and continuum-based care model, and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision and values of the organization, including Indigenous Cultural Safety, cultural humility and anti‑racism principles, the LPN will work independently and collaboratively as a member of an inter‑professional care team. Duties include assessing, care planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting client care, and providing support to clients and their families.
