  Job description 
 As a compassionate LPN, you will coordinate resident care by administering medication, dressings, and ensuring adherence to Individual Care and Therapeutic Nursing plans. You will work closely with the caregivers and nurses on your unit to promote a vibrant, homelike environment for residents.
