Robert Half are working with a well-established, full-service law firm based in downtown Edmonton who are hiring for a talented Associate to join its growing litigation group.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced litigators on a diverse range of civil and commercial disputes and will have opportunities to develop advocacy skills and manage files with increasing autonomy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys hands-on litigation work and direct client contact in a supportive mid-sized firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and assist with a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Draft pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, and other court materials.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
Represent clients in chambers applications, mediations, and negotiations.
