Advance your legal career as a Litigation Counsel with a competitive salary ranging from $130,382 to $206,386. This role requires significant experience in litigation, available positions nationwide.
We are looking to fill five positions in the LP-02 level for our legal team. Candidates must have eligibility for Bar membership in Canada and four years of recent litigation experience. Responsibilities will include representing clients during settlement negotiations and appearing before federal tribunals and courts.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct labor and employment litigation as counsel • Represent clients in mediation and alternative dispute resolution • Appear before federal administrative tribunals • Provide legal counsel in various legal matters • Work extended hours and travel as required
