Live-Out Groundskeeper Position Available

Take on a key role as a Groundskeeper in this live-out or live-in float position. Maintain cleanliness and safety across multiple properties while enhancing curb appeal for residents.
As the Groundskeeper, you will report to the Property Manager and be essential in upkeeping the outdoor spaces and common areas of assigned properties. Your responsibilities will include routine landscaping, site upkeep, and addressing safety hazards while excelling in independent time management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular groundskeeping duties at all properties
• Maintain outdoor cleanliness and curb appeal
• Operate tractor for transporting materials and debris
• Conduct light maintenance and minor repair tasks
• Remove snow and maintain walkways in winter
Requirements:
• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
