Main Purpose – Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring collection performance, compliance with Mexican, US and German accounting standards, and continuous improvement across our operations.

• Proactively manage customer accounts to collect cash in line with agreed terms.
• Take appropriate actions to recover overdue debts quickly while minimizing risk to the business.
• Perform credit checks and maintain ongoing tracking of customers to ensure credit limits are fit for purpose.
• Ensure cash received from customers is correctly posted to their accounts in accordance with internal control policies.
• Resolve customer account queries efficiently and maintain high service levels.
• Prepare weekly aged debt analysis and provide commentary on status.
