LO567: Project Management Specialist

<p>To act as project management coordinator in the design or construction of medium to large projects (i.e. GSE building, ramps paving, etc) and facilities expansion ensuring that project budget schedules, corporate standards, and quality standards are met in both corporate and field facilities; also conducts necessary real estate negotiations._x000D_<br>_x000D_<br>Serves as project administrator for construction project contracts. Monitors construction contracts for compliance with FedEx construction documentation requirements. Reviews and approves all construction progress payments and maintains accurate records of all work in place.
