A day in the life of a Loan Processing Specialist

• Review loan applications using Wealthview and Salesforce to approve loans to our customers across Canada.
• Verify all documents and application information to ensure compliance with internal policies and that only healthy loans are funded.
• Act quickly, multitasking between several windows reviewing documents such as customer pay stubs, credit reports, bank statements, etc., exhibiting excruciating attention to detail.
• Support the field through strong communication skills, ensuring customer and business needs are met.
• Identify fraudulent documents during the verification process and report these to the appropriate departments.
