As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you will solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client system data, ensuring daily solutions and security compliance.
• Prioritize and manage ticket queues, working directly with technicians to deliver effective solutions.
• Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive integration and continuous improvement.
