What You’ll Do

• Responsible for managing resident requests and engaging in proper follow-up to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. This includes but is not limited to maintenance, pest, quality assurance and general work orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service to develop long-term relationships with our valued residents.
• Prepare units for occupancy including but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, heating, plumbing and minor electrical repairs. Ensure market ready apartments, common areas, and amenities are clean and maintained daily to Avenue Living Residential qu...
