Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Transportation facility, Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities.
• Oversee preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
• Assess client needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services.
• Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
• Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
• Monitor and adjust contract expenditures.
• Supervise 3–4 people.
