Maintenance Electrician (Full-time Permanent)

Must have reliable attendance record
Four years of related experience in all phases of maintenance installations, modifications, inspections, and replacement of building electrical service, equipment (fixed & portable) and associated electrical component
Must have a thorough and comprehensive understanding of electrical codes and their application in a variety of facilities, building equipment including experience in the installation of conduit and proper wiring methods. Perform daily inspections of the hospital as per established list, reporting on the condition of heating, ventilating, and cooling equipment. Is responsible for suction, oxygen and nitrous oxide supply, humidity and temperature, motors, pumps, and fans, etc.
