Maintenance Lead

Education & Experience-

BSc Engineering or BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 2-3 years of relevant experience. 

Job Role includes-

1. Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with Production team.
2. Maintaining Job order management system
3. To ensure minimum breakdown in machines including Dyehouse, Finishing and Utilities
4. To ensure smooth Utility Operations such as Compressor, Boiler, RO plant, Water Storage, Diesel Generator and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
5. To ensure all utility & machine parameters required for Production must be achieved in coordination with Process controller (Dye House)
6. To maintain and control consumption of local and imported spares
7. Preparation of Kaizen & OPL related with operations & EHS
8. To maintain electrical supply system including HT/LT & gensets
9. To control operational KPI's mainly Electricity, Fossil & Water consumption
