Daily supervision of onsite digger, loader and excavator maintenance personnel - including apprentices and subcontractors to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently
Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdown or backlog as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent
Assist the planning team with resourcing and inventory requirements for short and long term plans
Liaison with OEM's & suppliers to ensure adequate support is provided to site & issues are resolved including warranty claims in a timely manner
Ensure all work is completed as scheduled to Thiess quality and safety standards
