Maintenance Technician - Forge Consulting Group (Essex)

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of greenhouse, packhouse, and facility equipment. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and fellow technicians to perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment, conveyor systems, greenhouse systems, production equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Utilize preventative maintenance software to accurately document work orders, downtime, repairs, labor hours, and parts usage.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
