Work shifts - 3 shift rotation - every two weeks Maintain and repair production equipment and machinery and some building maintenance (drain blockage removal, water supply, etc.) Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution of production machines (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, electrical if possible) Work with a continuous improvement mindset to reduce cost, breakdowns, and wastage Provide expertise and knowledge when required to Operators, Lead Hands, Supervisors, Managers Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform PMs Complete daily / weekly / monthly safety checks, PMs, and performing routine plant monitoring in accordance with maintenance schedules while recording actions Monitor work of contractors as required Participate in the health and safety, food safety and environmental programs Assist with ongoing management of inventory levels for replacement ...
