Job Title

Position: Manager, Disability Programs and Wellness (full-time)

Location: Langley, BC

We are seeking a Manager, Disability Programs and Wellness to join our People team in Langley, BC. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Benefits, Pension and Disability. The manager will lead and continuously improve the Disability Management Program with a focus on preventing injury, recovery and overall well‑being of team members.

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Manager, Benefits, Pension and Disability.
• Lead a large, diverse team responsible for accommodations and occupational and non‑occupational claims management.
• Design, lead, and continuously improve the overall Disability Program strategy and vision focused on abilities and return‑to‑work and stay‑at‑work.
• Maintain the program as best‑in‑class, incorporating leading practices.
• Lead the duty‑to‑accommodate and return‑to‑work (RTW) programs.
