Position: Manager, End User Operations

Location: Mississauga / Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals across multiple locations
• Drive service excellence, ticket resolution, and end-user satisfaction
• Support executive stakeholders through a high-touch, white-glove support model
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, device deployments, and technology rollouts
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery performance
• Track and improve operational metrics, SLAs, and support processes
• Collaborate with IT leadership on service improvement initiatives and operational strategy
• Help modernize support operations through automation, process improvements, and new technologies
