Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Title: Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Function: Finance Grade: 1B/1C Reports to: Senior Finance Business Partner, Personal Care Main Job Purpose: This role will own and continuously improve the end-to-end financial forecasting process of respective business unit (BU), partner S&OP, deliver BU targets and anchor Annual Planning & Strategic Planning on behalf of BU Finance. They will be responsible for generating sensitivity analysis for different business scenarios with quick turnaround times and ensure correct & timely information to catalyze strategic decisions while being the bridge between BU and other finance subfunctions.
