The Impact of a Manager, IT Change Management at Coupa

We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Manager, IT Change Management to embed disciplined, scalable change management practices across our IT organization. This role is critical in ensuring that every technology project we deliver — whether a modification to existing software or the full implementation of a new platform — lands successfully with the people who use it.

This is a hands‑on and coaching role. For some initiatives, you will directly own and execute all change management (CM) activities end‑to‑end. For others, you will serve as a strategic coach and advisor to project teams, guiding them to execute CM activities independently. In both modes, you will be the organization's change management standard‑bearer, building and maintaining a reusable, shareable CM framework that scales based on project type and complexity.
