Job Summary

The Manager, Network Operations will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a Managed Service Infrastructure Network (MISN) operations team. The Manager will coordinate employees so that the team's results exceed the sum of each member’s, meet client service support needs in Day 2 and maintain high performance across incidents, service requests, problems and changes.
