Job Summary
To own client relationships end-to-end, coordinate the internal team of bookkeepers and analysts, and ensure financial deliverables are accurate, timely, and client-ready. This is a leadership role at the intersection of client success, financial management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, relationship health, and proactive risk escalation.
- Represent the company professionally in all client and external forums.
- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial close and the production of accurate, audit‑ready financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Perform Quality Control (QC) on all bookkeeping outputs and ensure the on‑time delivery of polished, executive‑level management reports.
