Manager, Pension & Savings Programs (Toronto)

We are looking for an experienced Manager Pension & Savings Programs to support the Senior Manager, Pension & Savings Programs as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and monitor pension and other savings programs to ensure that programs are current, competitive, in compliance with regulatory requirements and aligned with the business strategy.
• Monitor and analyze program financials and metrics.
• Work with plan administrators to develop content and communication and implement initiatives to improve member experience and plan governance.
• Manage/support projects and lead cross-functional teams, as assigned.
• Assist with quarterly program reporting, identify trends and develop/recommend action plan.
• Partner with internal stakeholders; manage and build relationships with vendors and external stakeholders.
• Deliver on annual Pension Audit and annual filings.
