Job Summary

Manager, Reconciliation M/F. Full‑time permanent contract beginning 01/09/2026 in Putrajaya, Malaysia. This management position is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day reconciliation processing, driving quality and efficiency, and ensuring high standards of risk management and stakeholder engagement for Asset and Cash accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, including performance management, capacity planning, and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage the day‑to‑day processing of reconciliations for Asset and Cash accounts, using reconciliation tools and manual platforms.
• Analyze reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and drive reduction of outstanding items through effective break‑management.
• Maintain reconciliation processes to support regulator and internal compliance requirements, working closely with Risk & Compliance.
