Manager, Transaction Tax Services

BDO is hiring a Manager for our Transaction Tax Services team, based at any Canadian location.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Lead sell‑side and buy‑side tax due diligence engagements, identifying, evaluating, and quantifying potential tax liabilities and exposures.
• Collaborate with vendors, legal counsel, and Partners to mitigate exposures before sale processes begin.
• Analyze complex tax issues to design tax‑efficient structures for strategic/private‑equity acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations.
• Assist with tax structuring, tax modelling, pre‑sale planning, and the tax aspects of purchase‑sale agreements.
• Prepare technical deliverables outlining tax analyses and client implications.
• Manage and mentor engagement teams, including members across Canada.
