Your Opportunity: Come join our Central Zone Rural Team as a Site Manager for Two Hills Care Centre. The Site Manager will provide leadership to an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing leading care to Albertans. You will lead, direct and organize this department in support of the vision, mission and business plan of AHS, help set and achieve goals within the Seniors Health portfolio, and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate change management, promote team development and coordinate staffing and clinical work as identified by the Director.
