The Manufacturing Engineer role involves plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.
What a typical day looks like:
Supports production processes by applying standard work, work instructions, and basic industrial engineering methods to ensure stable and repeatable operations.
Participates in Lean Manufacturing activities, supporting waste reduction through 5S, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
