Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team supporting the Rollers and Multitech Assembly lines. This hands‑on, onsite role blends shop‑floor involvement with engineering and administrative responsibilities.

• Define, update, and implement manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation such as process flow charts, PFMEA, visual aids, and work instructions.
• Design and implement poka‑yokes, fixtures, and tools for assembly lines, considering ergonomics and operator safety.
• Analyze assembly line capacity to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Define and manage manufacturing routings and upload data into SAP.
• Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) projects focused on KPI optimization.
• Follow up on CAPA activities, ensuring timely closure.
