• esLead manufacturing process development and optimization activities for new and existing product
• s.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production launc
• h.Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, process flow diagrams, and manufacturing standard
• s.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductio
