Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Production Process Optimization
  • Manage the entire operational lifecycle, ensuring processes are optimized for efficiency, safety, and consistency.
  • Develop, document, and standardize effective and safe procedures for every step from cutting to final assembly.
  • Monitor run time accuracy across all machinery and implement corrective actions to meet efficiency goals.
  • Select, install, and develop a maintenance plan for production machinery and evaluate automation opportunities.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) Support
  • Partner in product innovation to ensure a smooth transition from design to mass production. Design and implement new processes and tooling required for new furniture designs.
