Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager (Monterrey)

The Manufacturing Engineering & CI Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering/industrial engineering, manufacturing services, and continuous improvement facilitating efficient operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; make recommendations to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Manage process operations, ensuring all work is performed according to quality and safety standards.
• Oversee manufacturing services; order processing; coordinate order and engineering changes.
• Lead the evaluation and execution of Capital Plan, capacity expansion, NPI´s, equipment renovations.
• Prepare and implement the budget for tooling, equipment, services.
