Marketing Operations Analyst, Associate

The Marketing Operations Analyst, Associate is responsible for day(1)to-day marketing campaign operations using Marketo and other campaign tools we use at Epicor. The job includes audience selection, targeting, campaign design, execution, and measurement.

- Assist and Proactively Analyzes and interprets behaviors and patterns that makes customers successful to retain them.
- Establishes analytics to understand the metrics at which inbound marketing activity turns into customers.
- Helps in strategy design for nurturing sales leads through a mix of content and other calls-to-action.
- Provide best practices and makes proactive recommendations on new trends and market conditions.
- Collaborates effectively with stakeholders across the company.
