Materials Control Supervisor

**OBJECTIVE**:Assures the procurement of material for adequate flow of components to the production area and the on-time shipment of finish products to fulfill customer orders. Maintains adequate control of inventory for the company.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
- Assures the Supply and the adequate flow of material to comply with the Customer’s Requirements.
- Supervises the Materials Control Staff and assigns tasks to ensure a continuous workflow.
- Supervises the different Warehouses and Controls the Flow of Materials and Finished Goods
- Schedules Deliveries based on Production Forecasts, Market Conditions, Material Substitutions, Production Line as well as Storage and Handling Capacities.
- Audits Material Lists for compliance to the Company’s Standard Practices in regards to the use of Parts and Materials.
- Prepares and/or Authorizes timely Requisitions to the Purchasing Department for Raw Materials and Parts.
