Materials Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Materials Planning Manager located in Reynosa Site, Mexico.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Materials Planning Manager’s role will be responsible for leading all logistics, import/export, customs compliance, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain execution activities for the Reynosa manufacturing operation. This role ensures uninterrupted material flow, regulatory compliance, cost competitiveness, and exceptional customer service while leading a high-performing logistics organization.

What a typical day looks like:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ logistics professionals, including import/export specialists, planners, warehouse personnel, and transportation coordinators.
