Medical Devices Reprocessing Supervisor Needed

Elevate the standard of care as a Supervisor in the Medical Devices Reprocessing Centre. This role requires overseeing processes, staff training, and liaising with external vendors for quality enhancements.
The Supervisor will work closely with the Manager to ensure compliance with CSA guidelines and efficient operation within the MDRC. You will manage staff scheduling, conduct training, and participate in staff evaluations. Maintaining and upgrading MDRD equipment through vendor collaboration is also a vital task.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
