Master’s degree. 2‑3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement counselling and intervention programs to assist clients in determining goals and means of attaining them.
• Counsel clients, provide therapy and mediation services, and facilitate group sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and initiate and maintain confidential medical files.
• Develop guidance and counselling programs and conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
• Collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients’ special needs.
• Refer clients to the appropriate external services.
• Participate in staff meetings.
