Your new company

One of Ireland's leading main contractors based in Dublin that has a variety of commercial, industrial, healthcare, hotel and residential projects. They are a company which has a select number of M&E Sub-Contractors and ensure that services installations are of the utmost importance to the construction team. They are looking to appoint an M&E Coordinator to their Dublin team.

Your new role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of all building services activities between the construction team.

You will be responsible for managing the M&E Contractors' installation, testing and commissioning of both mechanical and electrical services.

You will chair meetings, liaise with consultants, ensure all RFI's are dealt with etc.

You will hold a third level qualification or a trade qualification in the mechanical or electrical sector.
