Mobile Device Coordinator

Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor mobile device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
  • Inventory control, activation, deployment, and de‑activation of mobile devices.
  • Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees.
  • Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training to new workers during the onboarding process.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Post‑secondary education.
  • IT Support experience or Desktop Administration experience.
