This role is essential for driving the performance, user experience, and data‑driven optimization of mobile networks using advanced SmartCare analytics platforms for major telecommunications carriers in the region.

Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Insight Design:

• Lead the end‑to‑end optimization strategy for mobile networks (4G/5G), leveraging the SmartCare platform to transform raw network data into actionable insights for improved Customer Experience Management (CEM).
• Develop and validate complex data models and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) that map technical network performance (KPIs) to the actual end‑user experience.
