Responsibilities

• Network Operations & Ground Station Support – Monitor and optimize satellite beam performance for IoT services using tools like Grafana, NMS, and proprietary platforms.
• Provide second-line support as part of a 24/7 rotating on-call team, ensuring rapid response to service issues.
• Remotely manage and maintain global ground station equipment, with occasional travel for onsite support.
• Perform RF signal testing and diagnostics across L-Band, C-Band, and IF using spectrum analyzers and related tools.
• Install and configure RF hardware including converters, GPS antennas, RF cabling, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components.
