Job Summary
We are seeking a Network Support Engineer – L1 to provide first-level technical support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
The candidate will assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems while ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
Monitor network devices, connectivity, and system alerts.
Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi‐Fi, and VPN issues.
Support installation and configuration of routers, switches, and access points.
Perform cable connectivity checks and basic network diagnostics.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or senior network engineers.
Support hardware replacement and network device setup.
Maintain incident logs, documentation, and update tickets in the ITSM tool.
Assist with network upgrades, IMAC activities, and site support tasks.
