Provide administrative support to departments and ensure efficient office operations. Coordinate scheduling, communications, and document management to support staff and management.

- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage general reception duties.
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Order and maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for routine maintenance.
