Provide administrative support to departments and ensure efficient office operations. Coordinate scheduling, communications, and document management to support staff and management.

Main Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage general reception duties.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for routine maintenance.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks, including expense reports and basic bookkeeping assistance.
