• Prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, make recommendations, and deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments, and reconcile cash and sales at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management or suppliers.
• Verify customer age, practice responsible service, and comply with applicable liquor regulations and safety policies.
