Description

• To effectively maintain the physical mechanical school plant in a condition of operating excellence that will ensure the full educational use of these facilities at all times.
• To assume primary responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all HVAC equipment and building automation which the Board places under this jurisdiction of care and maintenance
• To assist the Board’s HVAC & mechanical staff as required.
• To perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager – Technical & Maintenance Services.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Gas Technician level 1 Certificate
• Must have experience with commercial boiler service and maintenance an asset
• Licensed electrician an asset
• Experience on Patterson Kelly boilers an asset
• Experience with Automation systems as asset
