About the Role

We are currently seeking a Nurse Educator to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Interprofessional Practice & CNIO, the successful candidate will provide leadership, education, and clinical expertise in the support, orientation, and competency‑based skills development of hospital staff.

Responsibilities

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate evidence‑based outcome‑oriented changes in clinical practices and care delivery processes.
• Advocate for patients and for resources for clinical teams.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the content and process of patient teaching programs as they relate to the clinical area.
• Assist with patient care and take the full duties of a patient assignment as required.
